Glasvegas and The Cribs are among a group of new acts added to the bill for Scotland's RockNess festival.

The two bands join headliners Kasabian, The Chemical Brothers and Paolo Nutini on the line-up for the Inverness gig.

The Wombats, Two Door Cinema Club, Mark Ronson, DJ Shadow and Groove Armada will also play the event, which won the best small festival prize at Tuesday's NME awards.

Katy B and Magnetic Man are other new additions to the bill.

Fatboy Slim and The Strokes were two of the big names that played at 2010's RockNess.

The three-day event takes place in the village of Dores, near Inverness in the Scottish Highlands.

Rockness takes place from 10-12 June 2011 and tickets are now on sale.
