Stars step out on the red carpet in London for the world premiere of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
Stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint attended the world premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 at London's Leicester Square. Death Eaters from the film patrolled the red carpet.
Leicester Square was filled with fans for the extra long red carpet. You can just make out Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint in the foreground being photographed. Two cinemas were opened to cope with all the guests.
Emma Watson who plays Hermione had all the photographers in a frenzy over her backless see through dress and sleek short hairdo. She joked around on the red carpet with Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, and Mark Williams, who plays Arthur Weasley.
But of course Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry, and Rupert Grint, who plays Ron, had a lot of attention from the screaming fans.
Some fans had waited nearly two days to get a spot at the front of the barrier. They had to deal with the cold and rain too. Luckily there were huge flamethrowers outside the cinemas to warm people up.
Death Eaters, mysterious cloaked figures wearing masks, patrolled the red carpet spooking out the guests including Harry Potter author JK Rowling.
JK Rowling joined the cast for the premiere, which included Ralph Fiennes (left), Helena Bonham Carter (second left) and Timothy Spall (right).
Also on the red carpet were Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and James and Oliver Phelps (Weasley twins Fred and George). Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and injured boyfriend Jamie Campbell Bower (Gellert Grindelwald) also turned out.
The X Factor finalists were allowed another night off from rehearsing to attend the premiere.
X Factor contenders One Direction dressed up for the premiere. Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is released on 19 November.
