RCMP: Difficult time for Moncton

The Canadian city of Moncton remains on lockdown as authorities hunt for a man accused of shooting five police officers, killing three, on Wednesday.

In a news conference on Thursday, police said they were thankful for the help of other Canadian agencies and they were hoping to find the suspect as soon as possible.

RCMP Supt Marlene Snowman thanked the public for heeding police orders and for the messages of support received.
