Oklahoma to review procedures after botched execution

The governor of Oklahoma has called for an independent review into the botched execution of a death row inmate.

Officials halted the execution of Clayton Lockett after he convulsed and tried to lift his head despite a doctor declaring him unconscious.

Lockett later died of an apparent heart attack.
