California wildfires: Three arrested as 2,000 flee homes

A wildfire in Southern California's San Gabriel Mountains has forced the evacuation of 2,000 people from their homes, officials say.

Two houses have been destroyed and one resident suffered minor burns in the blaze in Glendora - 25 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles.

Three men have been arrested on charges of recklessly starting a fire.
