New York train crash: Injured have 'wounds full of dirt'

Four people have been killed and 63 injured in a passenger train crash in the Bronx area of New York City.
Some of the critically injured have been admitted to Saint Barnabas hospital in the Bronx.
Doctor Howard Katz, Head of Orthopaedic Trauma at the hospital, said some patients had "dirty wounds".
