Conservative state of Kentucky torn on Obamacare

Residents in Kentucky, one of the unhealthiest states in America, have mixed feelings about President Barack Obama's new healthcare law.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, often called Obamacare, was Mr Obama's push to extend health insurance to the estimated 46 million Americans who lacked it.

Mark Mardell reports on how people in Kentucky are responding to the new law.
