Christine Lagarde: How women can save the global economy

The International Monetary Fund has released a new report on the role of women in the global economy, looking at the barriers that exist and the policies which could overcome them.
The BBC's Katty Kay sat down with the IMF's managing director Christine Lagarde in New York to discuss the findings.
