Washington Navy Yard gunman's family 'distraught'

Aaron Alexis, who shot dead 12 people at a naval installation in Washington DC, had shown no signs of being aggressive, his brother-in-law has said.

Anthony Little said the family was "distraught" and their "hearts are going out to the victims" of the shooting.
