Syrian-American family debates best approach to Syria

While the international community is split over the best way to deal with the Syrian crisis, so too are Syrians inside and outside the country.

Professor Othman Shibly of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine is of Syrian origin.

Professor Shibly, his son Hassan and his daughter Thawab have been watching the events in Syria closely.

All of them feel strongly that the crisis must end but differ on approach.
