US: Judge told he cannot modify rape sentence

A judge in the US state of Montana who admitted he'd been too lenient when sentencing a man for rape has been told he can't modify the sentence.

There was an outcry after Judge Baugh sentenced an ex-teacher to a month in jail for raping a fourteen-year-old student, who later killed herself.
