Ohio abductor sentenced to life without parole

Ariel Castro, the man who abducted three women and held them captive for more than a decade, has been sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, plus 1,000 years.

Earlier in the hearing, one of Castro's victims, Michelle Knight, said she had spent 11 years "in hell".
