US business boosted by low fuel and labour costs

In the US, the Dow Jones industrial average will open at a record high on Monday, following a month when almost a quarter of a million jobs were added to the economy.

Analysts are debating whether the growth is enough, but spurred by lower fuel prices and labour costs some of America's biggest companies are once more investing on home soil.
