Afghan youth orchestra to play at iconic US venues
Members of an Afghan youth orchestra have arrived in the US to tour iconic music venues.
The orchestra's first tour abroad marks an effort to help Afghanistan's path out of conflict, and for some of the young performers, it is the first time they have left their country.
Many of the children say being part of the orchestra has given them new opportunities.
The BBC's Jane O'Brien reports from Washington.
