Clinton: We must support 'emerging democracies'
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said she had to act quickly over the deadly attack on a US mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year.
Giving evidence before Congress, she said the incident highlighted the need for the US needed to find ways to support "emerging democracies" in North Africa.
