President Obama to be publicly inaugurated again
Barack Obama is to be publically sworn in for his second term as US president on Monday.
Hundreds of thousands are expected in Washington for the event, which will feature a parade and an evening of special events.
President Barack Obama will give another inaugural address later to mark the start of his second term in the White House. He was officially sworn in at a private family ceremony on Sunday.
