Barack Obama sworn in for second term
Barack Obama has officially been sworn in for his second term as US president in a small ceremony at the White House.
Mr Obama took his official oath in the White House's Blue Room.
Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts administered the oath of office, witnessed by First Lady Michelle Obama and their daughters Sasha and Malia as well as some family members and reporters.
A public ceremony will follow on Monday.
