Barack Obama: 'No sign' of Petraeus security leak
US President Barack Obama says he has seen "no evidence" that former CIA director David Petraeus' extra-marital affair compromised national security.
General Petraeus' resignation should be a "sidenote" to his distinguished career, Mr Obama added.
President Obama was making his first public comments on the scandal at his first news conference since his re-election.
