Sandy power outage continues into cold snap
A week since "super-storm" Sandy devastaed the east coast of the US, there are one million homes in New York and New Jersey still without power.
As temperatures fall sharply tens of thousands of people are in need of re-housing while utility companies work hard to restore electricity.
