Storm Sandy: Romney at relief event
President Obama has decided to stay in Washington to monitor the response to Hurricane Sandy and will not be going to election campaign events which had been scheduled for Ohio.
The Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney attended a storm relief event in Kettering urging people to "make the difference you can."
