New York City police officer arrested in 'cannibal plot'
A New York City police officer has been arrested for allegedly plotting to abduct and torture women by cooking them alive and eating their body parts.
The FBI was contacted by Gilberto Valle's estranged wife after she discovered disturbing material on his computer.
