Obama slams Romney for '47% are victims' comment
The second US presidential election debate between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney has ended with Mr Obama stating his belief that ''everybody should have a fair shot.''
He also attacked his opponent for claims made in a secretly recorded video where Mr Romney told Republican donors that the 47% of Americans who pay no income tax saw themselves as 'victims'.
The two men will meet for one final pre-election debate on 22 October in Boca Raton, Florida.
