Ryan teases Biden over '47%' remark

Republican Paul Ryan suggested Mitt Romney's criticism of the 47% of Americans who paid no income tax was a Joe Biden-style gaffe.

At the vice-presidential debate in Kentucky, Vice-President Biden, known for the occasional blunder during giving speeches, countered by saying: "I always say what I mean. And so does Mitt Romney."
