Ann Romney co-hosts Good Morning America

Help

Ann Romney, the wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, has co-hosted an hour of the US morning show Good Morning America.

Mrs Romney demonstrated how to bake Welsh cakes, helped interview cast members of Dancing with the Stars and spoke about the benefits of equestrian therapy - which she has used to ease her multiple sclerosis symptoms.

Mrs Romney's appearance came as polling suggests her husband has erased some of President Barack Obama's lead ahead of November's elections.

Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos (himself a former Clinton White House official) noted that US First Lady Michelle Obama was working out her schedule to co-host a different morning of GMA.
