Mitt Romney: 'President Obama has not delivered'
The Republican candidate for the American Presidential election Mitt Romney has accused Barack Obama of failing to deliver the change he promised America.
In his keynote speech at his party's convention in Florida, Mr Romney promised to create 12 million jobs and cut the national deficit.
