Tropical Storm Isaac batters New Orleans seven years after Katrina
Tropical storm Isaac has been lashing New Orleans and other southern US states.
The storm, which was downgraded from a hurricane, is still causing havoc as it moves slowly across the region.
Levees in low-lying New Orleans have stood firm, but sea water has breached barriers in a town south of the city.
