Obama: Isaac-affected areas should not 'tempt fate'

Help

Tropical Storm Isaac is expected to make landfall as a hurricane on the US Gulf Coast on Tuesday or Wednesday, with storm surges up to 12 feet (3.6m).

President Barack Obama says residents of affected areas should not "tempt fate", and should listen to emergency officials if an evacuation is deemed necessary.
