Lance Armstrong stripped of his seven Tour de France titles

Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and given a lifetime ban by the United States Anti-Doping Agency.

USADA decided he used performance-enhancing drugs to achieve his success.

Armstrong, who strongly denies doping, announced earlier he would not contest doping charges against him.

Gary Imlach has been the face of Channel 4 and ITV4's coverage of the Tour de France for the last two decades.

He spoke to the BBC Radio 4's World at One programme.
