Diane Nyad abandons fourth Cuba to Florida swim attempt
The American endurance swimmer Diana Nyad has abandoned her latest attempt to swim from Cuba to Florida.
The 62-year-old wanted to become the first person to complete the journey without a shark cage.
However, jellyfish stings and thunderstorms meant she had to abandon the attempt, which is likely to be her last.
After being pulled out of the water by her team overnight, she swam ashore at Florida's Key West and spoke to gathered crowds and media.
