Governor Hickenlooper: Aurora 'coming together'
The governor of Colorado says the community will come together after a gunman killed 12 people and injured dozens more at a cinema in Aurora.
John Hickenlooper paid tribute to the efforts of the emergency and support services, and said that the city would "rise and lift ourselves above this attack".
A man wearing a gas mask and body armour threw tear gas canisters at movie-goers, then fired on the crowd.
Suspect James Holmes, 24, was arrested outside the cinema near Denver.
