Romney booed by civil rights group on healthcare stance
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has been booed in a speech to a US civil rights group's convention.
Speaking in front of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), a civil-rights group focused on African-American voters, Mitt Romney received polite applause for parts of his speech.
But when Mr Romney said that as president he would "kill" the Obama healthcare overhaul, the crowd jeered for an extended period of time.
President Barack Obama does not plan to address NAACP this year. Vice-President Joe Biden will instead address the convention on Thursday.
