US Supreme Court upholds Obama's healthcare reform law
President Obama's healthcare reforms have been backed by the Supreme Court in a welcome political victory for Mr Obama.
In a 5-4 decision, judges rejected Republican arguments that Congress could not require people to take out the insurance.
The reforms aim to provide affordable insurance for tens of millions of Americans who are currently without cover.
Mark Mardell reports from Washington.
