Radiohead stage collapse kills one in Canada

The rock band Radiohead have cancelled a concert in Canada after a member of their crew was killed when part of the stage collapsed during rehearsals.

Scott Johnson, who was 33 and from Doncaster, died in the incident in Toronto.
