US conch blowers try for world record in Florida


More than 140 people got together in Florida on Saturday to try and break the world record for conch shell blowing.

They gathered outside a restaurant in Key Largo to try and beat the record for the most people blowing the shells at once.

The current record was set in 2009 by 127 people.
