The special prosecutor investigating the shooting of an unarmed black teenager in Florida has ruled out using a grand jury in the case.

Angela Corey's office alone will decide whether to charge Florida neighbourhood watchman George Zimmerman with a crime.

Mr Zimmerman, 28, claims he acted in self-defence when he shot Trayvon Martin, 17, in a gated community in Sanford.

BBC Radio 5 live Up All Night spoke to the Martin's family lawyer Benjamin Crump.
