President Obama toasts the Queen in Washington

US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron have exchanged toasts at a state dinner in Washington in Mr Cameron's honour.
President Obama quoted British wartime leader Winston Churchill before raising a glass to the Queen.
