Cameron jokes that basketball is 'hard to follow'

British Prime Minister David Cameron has admitted he struggled to follow a basketball match that he attended with President Barack Obama, calling it "fast and furious".

In a joint interview with the president at half-time during the game in Dayton, Ohio, between Mississippi Valley State University and Western Kentucky University, he added: "It is hard to follow sometimes exactly who has done what wrong."
