The full State of the Union address

President Barack Obama has outlined plans to revive the US economy, and set out the ground on which he'll fight for re-election to the White House in November.

In his annual State of the Union address, he highlighted signs of recovery, and said he wanted an economy where everyone got a fair shot, and which attracted hi-tech jobs.

Mr Obama also reaffirmed his belief that the current American system needs reform.
