Occupy police used pepper spray, says protester

Help

An Occupy Wall Street protester has said police used tear gas and pepper spray to disrupt the camp at Zuccotti park during a pre-dawn raid.

Occupy Wall Street was set up in September to protest against economic inequality and had been followed by dozens of protests around the world.

Hristo Voynov has now left the park, but says he intends to go back as soon as possible because he did not feel the movement's aims had yet been realised.
