Senator Marco Rubio: 'Opportunity not guarantee' for Libya
Senator Marco Rubio, who has been a firm advocate of the Nato mission in Libya, spoke to Katty Kay about what he called the "opportunity, not guarantee" for the Libyan people, following Colonel Gaddafi's downfall.
He told World News America it was a chance for Libya to "turn the page" and "build a better future".
