With women making up 14.5% of active duty members of the US, finding ways to address the post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and sexual assault they face in combat is a new challenge for the military.
June Moss struggled with suicidal tendencies and depression after returning home from her tour in Iraq.
Like many veterans, she deals with the effects of PTSD. As the primary caregiver to her children, she tells why finding proper treatment was essential.
