Ten years after the attacks of 11 September 2001, Ben Sliney reflects on the momentous events that changed his life forever.

He was one of the US Federal Aviation Administration's National Operation Managers on duty on the day. He was responsible for ordering the grounding of planes across US airspace in response to the terrorist attacks.
