Florida pastor defiant over Koran burning
A small evangelical church in the United States says it will defy widespread criticism and go ahead with plans to burn the Muslim holy book, the Koran, on Saturday to mark the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
The top US commander in Afghanistan, Gen David Petraeus, says the action could affect the lives of US troops.
But Pastor Wayne Sapp of the Dove World Outreach Centre tells BBC World Service that the church is going ahead with its plan.
