Lawson: Britain should not fear leaving the EU

Help

Former UK Chancellor Lord Lawson responds to the criticism that he damaged the British Conservative Party, and Prime Minister David Cameron, by calling the EU a bureaucratic monstrosity which was past its sell-by-date, and speaking out against continued UK membership.

He tells Stephen Sackur why his view has changed and defends his call for Britain to quit the European Union.
