Civilians at an Iraqi refugee camp are "afraid" and confused about the worsening situation, a charity worker has claimed.
Karl Schembri from Save The Children, who is stationed at a refugee camp in Kaza, 100 miles from the city of Mosul, said people were still trying to "figure out" the situation.
He told BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast: "You find people who tell me that they're afraid of the insurgents. Others are afraid of attacks from the government in retaliation."
Half a million people are displaced around Mosul, and the humanitarian situation is "dire and worsening by the moment," according to the UN.
