Afghans return to the polls for a second time

Voters in Afghanistan go back to the polls to elect the country's next president.

The elections will be a run-off between the top two candidates.

Neither Abdullah Abdullah or his main rival Ashraf Ghani polled more than 50% of the votes in the first round in April.
