Syria crisis: No breakthrough in Geneva talks

Talks in Geneva about the ongoing civil war in Syria remain deadlocked over the divisive issue of transferring power to a transitional government.

There has also been no decision on allowing an aid convoy into besieged areas of the city of Homs, where hundreds of people are in desperate need of aid.
