Syria risks 'lost generation' of children

Half of Syria's refugees are children with many left orphaned by the country's three year civil war, a new UN report has found.

UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres said many children have been traumatised by the violence.

Mr Guterres warned that Syria faces the risk of a "lost generation" if something is not done to help ease the heavy toll of the conflict.
