John Kerry aims to revive Israeli-Palestinian peace talks

The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, is trying to breathe new life into the Israeli-Palestinian peace process - three months after the launch of formal talks.

He has met the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Bethlehem.

The talks, due to end next April, have shown little sign of progress.
