UN allowed access to 'chemical site'

25 August 2013 Last updated at 16:25 BST

The announcement comes after the UN's disarmament chief Angela Kane met senior members of the regime to argue inspectors should be allowed to visit the site.

The BBC's Yolande Knell reports.
